3. Consultant Fees

Consultancy fees, processing charges, documentation charges, or service fees, if applicable, shall be disclosed before availing services. Such fees are charged for professional consultation and support services.

4. DSA Services

DSA onboarding, training, CRM access, lead support, and related services are subject to separate agreements, eligibility criteria, and payment terms.

5. Lead Generation Services

Lead generation services are provided on a best-effort basis. Lead quality, conversion ratio, approval rate, and business outcomes may vary depending on customer eligibility and market conditions.

6. Refund Policy

Fees paid for consultancy, onboarding, digital products, software access, training, lead generation, or other professional services may be non-refundable unless specifically stated in a written agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding materials, documents, graphics, and website content are the property of Lendinet Financial Consultant Private Limited and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for any loss, rejection, delay, or decision made by any bank, NBFC, insurance company, government authority, or third-party service provider.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
